This is my card for alpha challenge round 20 letter J, and for sketch challenge #999. This round for the alphabet challenge is all about location, so for J, I chose Japan and the popular paper folding called origami. The origami leaf tutorial can be found HERE.
The bubble wrap print was in my stash, and the colors were right, so I just punched a circle from it. The origami leaf was also in my stash, made from a paper grocery bag. I painted it with lumiere acrylic paint.

Love the origami leaf. I tried to do an origami fold last weekend and it did not turn out. I need to try again. I think it was the paper I used as it was single sided origami paper and showed the back side which was white. I need to look through my stash for double sided as I am sure I have some.

This is a beautiful card! I love your warm tones and the dimension of the origami leaf. The script showing on the horizontal DP strip is perfect for a fall/Thanksgiving card.
