I had seen a couple cards that I wanted to turn into valentines and this challenge was the perfect time to do so.
Card #1 - the lines were drawn about 1/2" apart with a black journaling pen (03 size) and a ruler. This card was also an attempt to use up every scrap of a pack of Valentine's Day paper.
Card #2 - The DSP piece is 2x4-1/4. There is an embossed layer on top of the card base to give it more "oomph" visually.

These are both wonderful cards! I favor the one on the right ever so slightly because of the peachy pink color added in, but they are both great. Such clever designs using an assortment of various hearts.
