This is my card for alpha challenge round 20 letter F. This round is all about location, so what's a quilter to do but go to the fabric store, or in my case, I just went to my fabric stash, which is a fabulous supply of fabric.
I cut strips of fabric to make a full background. The bird was in my stash and just needed color and to be cut out. I drew and colored the post.

I love this wonderful idea for Fabric store. I know my quilter friends are always seeking them out ever they may travel. I love all the pretty scraps of paper that are representing such a pretty variety of fabrics found in a fabric store. Your little blue bird is such a sweet addition, and the sentiment is fabulous!

Oh Melody, your fabric store....I mean stash! has some beautiful, rich fabrics in it! What a beautiful background for your sweet bluebird, hand drawn post, and fun sentiment.

Such pretty fabrics! My mom sewed all my clothes growing up, and she had a stash of fabrics too. I didn't get her love of sewing though. I love your card.
