I used two products that I have had for a while. One is the Distress resist spray, which I've had since it came out (5 years??) and an Awesome Winter 3D push out from Amy Design, licensed by Find IT Media. I think they're made in Holland. I think the intention is to layer them but I used only one layer. I thought they were charming.
I sprayed the tag with the resist spray, sprinkled on some ep and melted it. Then I used three DOx inks to show up the resist even more. The resist dries shiny so that adds to the texture. Then I simply added the push out piece, a sentiment and the twine. I rarely make tags so this was fun. I'm not sure what the bird is; he does look a bit like a nuthatch.
This is also for yesterday's FS. I love Cindy's very clean and precise gallery: Best Birds by Cindy Farina at Splitcoaststampers
Enjoy your week, Cindy, and thanks for the challenges!

Yes they are made for 3D projects but nobody would blame you to use it differently, I often use just 1 layer, I love how you've used it on this card, beautiful Winter bird!!
