I used the 1/4" punch to make a hole at the lower right of the opening (just to get my fingers in there to begin tearing). Tear an opening but do not remove the piece completely. Instead, roll it back using a wooden skewer (give a nice, tight roll) to create the 'scroll'. Using the 1/8" punch, I punched a tiny hole in the upper left and threaded a piece of natural hemp back to front and secured the scroll. I applied glitter using 2-way glue pen on 'moonbeams'.

Beautiful card! I especially like the way the image is framed, and the scrolling is the perfect touch for a Christmas card! Thanks also for sharing the clear instructions and tips.
