This stencil is one of those ones that is also a mask, so first of all I used the stencil and did the trees in greens and brown, then I masked the trees and used chalks for the sky and glitter snow for the foreground. The toadstools were stamped on watercolour paper and fussy-cut. The deer was cut from kraft and sponged with some brown, Enamel Accents for his nose. You can't see, but I stamped stars on gold on the trees, and added snowflakes with Delicata silver in the sky. Edged the panel with Stickles and added it to a kraft base swiped with brown inks for a rustic look.

Such a great scene, Sabrina. Love that dear, the snow, and those fun mushrooms. Cute! Hugz

I can't begin to explain how amazing this looks IRL! So much texture and details and I think you can't go wrong with a glitter border! The envelope is gorgeous too and was the prompt for me to finally buy the envelope maker I've been thinking about for YEARS!!
