Lisa (Shoe Girl) is this week's Teaparty Hostess, and has a Garden Theme challenge for us for the recipient.
I was intrigued by TLC972 a while back, to create a scene using Faux Watercoloring, finally had a chance to try it, and here is my attempt! The garden scene was created using that technique with the green inks on the watercolor paper. I die-cut ovals out of the yellow CS and white CS for a double frame. The white panel was embossed with the EF after die-cutting.
The fence was punched out of the Bazzill Avalanche CS, which has a canvas texture to it. I stamped the greeting on it with Tuxedo Black. It is popped up a bit with some extra strips of CS.
I also stamped the two flower pots in Tuxedo Black, colored them and fussy-cut them out.
I hope this brings our recipient a bit of cheer, as she begins her journey with chemo treatments. TFL!

What a beautiful garden path you've created for Christine to wander. Makes me wonder what lies just around the curve in the path. I love the color scheme on this and how you used the pots to tie it all together so beautifully. The ef is fab and adds the perfect amount of texture and interest to finish off this beauty. Fabulous card.
