Chris is hosting the color challenge and the pretty colors she chose are Berry Burst, Old Olive and Crumb Cake. The dessert option is gold. I substituted with the closest colors I had.
I die cut the deer from gold designer paper (although it looks more like silver dsp in the photo) and mounted it on an oval that I had brayered with Rich Razzleberry ink and matted with a gold cardstock oval. The images and sentiment on the large stitched panel are computer generated. This panel was adhered to the kraft base.
I look forward to seeing the gallery filled with cards using these beautiful rich colors.

Fabulous design. Love the die-cut deer and how you framed him. The vertical lines are terrific. Awesome use of the challenge colors! Thanks for the inspiration!

I would never have thought to diecut that deer from that interesting gold patterned dp! Gives it so much interest and dimension. Your brayed oval looks awesome behind it. Love the black silhouette scene in the background. Love the wonky stitching on this too!
