I kept the overall layout, the wood paper pattern in background and the twine X. I also kept the metallic brad element, substituting Christmas tree brads.
I started by layering a brown wood pattern piece of pattern paper onto a premade kraft card. I cut a 2 inch wide strip of plaid pattern paper, and cut a slightly wider strip of dark red pattern paper and glued them together. I wound twine around the panel forming an X on the panel front, and taped the ends of the twine in place on the back of these pieces. I attached the plaid piece to the card front with foam tape and glued the snowflake ornament in place. I finished by adding a Christmas tree brad in the upper and lower right corners.
Congrats, Korimou, hope you enjoy your week!

Fabulous colors and rustic look. This is super Christmas card - gives a warm and cozy vibe. Great little trees too. Love it. Hugz

Wow! I love how this came together. It’s so rich in colour and rustic and chic in design (can you put rustic and chic in the same sentence, Lol). Your plaid is gorgeous and I LOVE the layered flake and tree embellishments. The wonderfully coordinated strips alongside your plaid are just one more perfectly selected and placed detail. Fab job.
