This technique is both fun and easy, and it yields some really cool-looking results. However, it is a bit challenging to photograph the finished product.
Although I find my plain white card a bit dull and I am not sure how to embellish it; I want to showcase the technique that Karen taught us this morning.
The intricate die-cut skull, which is a bit hard to see in the photo, is actually a fold-out die set. Therefore, I have a cover die eclipse that also folds out. You can see the fold out located in the upper left corner of the photo. To create this card, I stamped the background, the front, and layered three die cuts as demonstrated in the video.
Overall, I found this technique to be really enjoyable! Many thanks to Karen for teaching it to us.
