For this week's Teaparty, we are sending paper hugs with butterflies to Jane, who recently lost her dear husband. She needs our thoughts and encouragement!
This card almost "got away" from me, with everything that is going on with it! I finally had to declare it "done" and get it ready to mail to Jane! I do love making a vintage-y, collage-y, mixed media card, but sometimes the card takes on a life of its own! :-) TFL!

absolutely spectacular card.. I love the vintage look and you did an exquisite job. I have saved some used postage stamps from my personal mail, but never found a way to incorporate them into a card. This is just stunning !

You got it just right Liz . I know what you mean about collages it's hard to know when to stop. You have the right instincts. I love the beautiful vintage touches on this and the postage stamps...fun detail.

You declare it Done! and I declare it Fantastic! Your vintage collage is just gorgeous. I love all the elements you used here and how wonderfully they meld together in this beauty. I so admire anyone who creates these montages of beauty. It's a special talent and you have it in spades. Spectacular card and Jane is sure to agree with me. Hugs.
