For my card, I used this fun critter from DRS Designs. I sponged the card base with 2 blue distress oxide inks placing a scrap paper to create the hard edge.
I then stamped the image and colored it with copics and fussy cut it.
Next, I used my tutorial Moving Around Your Sentiment to line up the sentiment all on one line under my hard line.
I pulled up the image on dimensionals and used a paint pen to add some stars behind him.
