Congratulations to lorettagrace. I enjoyed browsing her gallery today and select to case her card that is on my computer screen in the photo. Her vintage card may have depicted times from the 1920s or 30s. I'm not sure what is the difference between vintage and retro is but my card depicts more of the styles of the 50's or 60's perhaps. I loved her purple, pink, and aqua color scheme, so I used a lighter purple a brighter pink, and aqua. She used lacy doilies on her card, I did not. She used victorian styled flowers and I used paper punched ones. My photo is from Tim Holtz Paper Dolls. Her model was colored so beautifully, and I used alcohol markers because they were on photo paper. Congratulations, Loretta, and it was fun honoring you by making this fun card. Thanks for all the inspirational work you have in your gallery. It was hard to select just one to case.

Fun way to change up the paper dolls! Love it. This is such a great case/card, Liz. Great thinking! Hugz

Liz, this is a great case of Loretta's inspiration card. I love those two girls in their beautiful dresses. I'm wondering if those dresses may be from the 30s and 40s.
