I used Shimmer sprays - Dylusion and Nuvo for the background, and added stars with a white gel pen. This was my first time trying this technique, and I am really happy with how it turned out. I used translucent Stickles to create the stars, which turned blue due to the background showing through.

Yes, I think we've probably all experienced inks bleeding into Stickles/Enamel Accents/Liquid Pearls whatever. Just got to go with what happens and be happy!
