I used basically the same design with a smaller rectangle and strips on my card, and themed for Halloween. I covered a white card with orange paper, then cut a rectangle from a sheet of black glitter cardstock, and cut a slightly smaller one from a sheet from a Doodlebug 6x6 Halloween pad and cut it in three strips, which I glued to the glitter paper and attached to the card with foam tape. I cut another strip of the black glitter paper and glued it on top of the strips. I die cut the greeting and bat from black cardstock and glued to the card.
Since itâs a CAS Halloween card, I also tagged it for the CAS challenge from last week.
Hope your week was fabulous, Kathy!

Fun take on the inspiration card. Love that you went from Christmas to Halloween. This layout is great for any season I think. That dp is adorable and I love the bit of glitz with the black glitter paper. Wonderful card.
