I am thrilled to participate in today's challenge on National Coloring Day, as I love coloring and have the day off.
For this challenge, I picked an enigmatic stamp that caught my attention due to its size and image. I used Prismacolor pencils to color the image, while the background is sponged with SU Azul Afternoon. Initially, I was unsure about what to do with the background, so I decided to add a pair of birds flying below to make the image even more mysterious.
I used a background paper from my stash and added a quote from Anais Nin to complement the image. Additionally, I included some embellishments to enhance the feng shui of the card and frame the image.
Thanks for looking. I hope you get the chance to color today.

Love the Nin quote, and that image is mysterious to be sure!! Your card makes a fine addition to the coloring gallery.

Quite an interesting image and I'm sure fun to color. I like your choice of colors here and the added birds were a good call. Great quote, too..thanks for adding some mystery and intrigue to the gallery today.

Cool that you had the day off and time to colour that amazing image. I think adding the flying birds was very effective, and the background sponging. It looks like an illustration for something from a sci-fi/fantasy book.
