This week's Tea Party goes to John.
He needs some cheering up.
John loves reading, is a retired Engineer, enjoys sailing.
He also enjoys playing Tennis, but I do not have any stamps related to Tennis (or dies).
I chose to do the eclipse technique with his name. I had to Google engineering to find some sort of symbol, which the first thing that popped up was gears... I use the dies from Garage Gears with champagne foil and glue them down and then stamp some books from an old Stampin Up set called Golden Rule Days and the sailboat is from Sailing Home
before die cutting his name out
I put a simple Hello inside, no clue what that was from
Thank you for looking.

You created a fun design with these images of some of John's favorite activities as well as the colors. I love the eclipse technique and how you used it to personalize this card. I think you were brave to die cut through those gear die cuts and it turned out great. Wonderful card.

Vicki, this is a terrific design incorporating John’s love of reading, sailing and a nod to his working life as a Civil Engineer with the gears, he will love this! The eclipse technique with his name looks fabulous, wow! Thank you for making a card for him~

What a clever idea to add the gear diecuts to your wonderful eclipse card for John!
