Today's Free 4 All Friday is Fiber Friendly. For Real.
Recently, I have been creating Halloween cards likewise it seems like many others are too. As soon as I read the challenge I knew I wanted to use these beautiful yet terrifying scraps of Alexander Henry fabric that I had lying around, I knew it would be perfect for my card.
The entire fabric pattern looks like a scene from a zombie movie.
The splatter fabric comes in three colors - grey, black and white, and gory red. Alexander Henry is by far my favorite fabric company, as they come out with so many unique patterns such as these.
I grabbed a couple pieces of scraps, cut them to A2 size and sewed the strips together.
To soften up the card, I intentionally avoided using the gory splatter and added a strip of Halloween washi tape to the bottom. I also added a ribbon "Happy Halloween" sentiment to complete the card.
The card is made entirely out of fabric, except for the strip of washi tape. I love that I was able to find a new purpose for my fabric scraps.
Thanks for looking!

Terrifying, for sure. Amazing fabric to make a scary card.
