I am the Inspiration Challenge hostess this week and I was inspired by this image. After almost a month out of my craft room due to a knee sprain, I needed a easy card. I pulled out an alcohol ink background that I did years ago. Thought it looked similar to the background in my inspiration photo and used some Christmas dies to make the rest of the scene.

Beautiful card, Amy! I love the birch trees over that lovely BG! The sentiment backed with the vellum is a nice touch and the red cardinals are perfect! Thanks for the nice site! Glad you're back to stamping!

Lovely bg of blues and greens, Amy! Choosing vellum for your sentiment was Perfect so you didn't cover up your bg. Love how you made this into a Christmas card~
