Today's Teaparty recipient, Luc, will be in the hospital for three months while he is rehabilitating. He is an avid reader and loves the Marvel Universe, so I found an illustration of books to use as a model and drew them freehand, coloring with markers and adding Marvel character names for titles before fussy cutting. Stamped the BG with the By Definition stamp and added a computer generated sentiment. I tried to stay close to today's color challenge as well, but chose a darker red. Hope Luc enjoys hearing from all the friends he's never met around the world!

I love the superheroes names on the spines of the books. Great idea.

Wow what a great card. I look book-themed stamps. You did an amazing job drawing this! So cool to add the superheros to the spines. What an awesome personal card.

Oh my!! This is just fantastic that you drew the stack of books and
hand-lettered each one. I hope this makes this young man smile and helps him get through his difficulties.
