I began by selecting palette colours of Simon Says Cardstock - Lavender, Cotton Candy, Lemon Chiffon, Green Apple and Mint and die-cut using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Layered Dots Thinlits.
I used the die-cut panel as a template to place the dots on to 4" x 5.1/4" panels of Distress Watercolor card.
I die-cut Tim Holtz/Sizzix Happy Hour Thinlits from Distress Watercolor card and coloured with Scattered Straw, Worn Lipstick, Villainous Potion and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide inks using Simon Saus Round Detail Blending Brushes, assembled, spritzed the colour sections with water and dried.
I tapped Simon Says Embossing Ink pad over the die-cuts, sprinkled with Distress Frosted Crystal Embossing Powder and heat set to give a slightly glossy and textured effect to the glasses.
I embossed the panels with Simon Says Gradient Dot Embossing Folder, inked around the edges of the panels with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink using a mini round blending tool and added the Happy Hour glasses with their die-cut accessories, popped up on foam squares to create dimension.
I added Studio Katia Clear Round Drops Mix and Simon Says Journaling Sentiment Strips with the use of my trusty Simon Says 6" T Square Ruler to make sure they are aligned straight. To finish I matted the panels on to top and side folding A2 white card blanks
