Mary has chosen the patriotic (US) colors this week, with none other than a patriotic dessert.
I love this background stamp - and have 5 more variations to play with. I also used a Statue of Liberty stamp from a souvenir type set I bought years ago at The Ink Pad in NYC. The store is now closed and I will certainly miss it when I make my first visit back there in almost 5 years later this week.
I hope you have can join us this week - have fun with this one!

Spectacular background for the Statue of Liberty tag. Fabulous design. How fun to use a souvenir stamp from NYC. Sad that the famous store is closed. Wonderful patriotic card!

Oh, my goodness, Chris! This background is perfect behind the Statue of Liberty tag. And I love that tag shape--and it's stitched, too! Great Independence Day card!

What a wonderful bg for Lady Liberty, Chris! So sorry your trip will not be complete with the missing store!
