Sabrina has challenged us to do the frosted filter technique for today's TLC. Fortunately I had some coffee filters already 'frosted', although I don't know for sure what inks I used as I did these a while ago for another TLC challenge. Why are they called 'frosted'? To me, that means one adds something glittery to them, which I guess one could. Anyway, kept it simple, adding some star diecuts and a SSS sentiment. Thanks for the challenge!

Your glittery diecuts really do make this a beautiful frosted filter design. I also wondered why the technique is called frosted.
