It's time again for another Color Throwdown challenge with some of my fave colors! Susie is hosting and has chosen yellow, green and white. It was a perfect opportunity to try out a new palette of Pentrista water colors from Amazon. There are a wide variety of intense colors within a good price range. My base was color blended with Mint Julep and Vintage Jadeite dye inks by Papertrey Ink. I then die cut with the Border Bling: Tin Stitch die which gives it a quilted look. The sentiment layer was popped up with foam tape over a larger decorative bracket die. The florals were cut from water color paper that I colored with a brush using Pentrista paints.
STAMPS: Frame Decor (Papertrey Ink).
INK: Mint Julep, Vintage Jadeite; Versafine Clair Nocturne.
PAPER: Ranger watercolor; White (PTI).
DIES: Border Bling: Tin Stitch, Into the Blooms: Clover, Love to Layer: Decorative Bracket (PTI); Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-Namics (My Favorite Things).
