I need to have a Karen D remedial 101 course on this technique. Mine turned out nothing like was planned. but I decided to forge ahead anyway and make something of it. Think you might be able to see some evidence that there were torn strips of paper applied.

I had to try this several times and still didn't get it right - sign me up for that remedial class too, Sallie. Regardless of how you think the technique went for you, this card came out wonderfully. Adore the mermaid theme. Hugz

Wow, your card is amazing! The color combination you chose is really eye-catching and the water splash effect is fantastic. I love the colors of this card.
