I took on the challenge of creating a Double Angled Gate Fold card. It was definitely a challenge, but this is my third attempt, and I am pleased with the final product.
The majority of the card's color comes from the designer paper I used. The background is a purple grunge paper, and the front of the card (located in the upper left of the photo) features designer paper with paint dripping down. I framed the front with black cardstock for emphasis.
Inside the card, I embossed the background and used distress oxide sprays to paint it. The sentiment reads, "In the tapestry of life, it's a woman's beauty that gives color," which is a quote from Anna Held. It's definitely a feel-good message.

Oh, my goodness! I love the color!! I also love the black framing. Such a bright rendition of the technique!! I also love the bright flowers for the staging.
