This week's colors and masculine theme are a bit out of my comfort zone but I really ended up being happy with my efforts on this one. We are in the middle of a move with lots of things packed but my shoebox of retired (and retirING) refills is still available so I pulled out three of the four colors that would work for
my background, mixed them with a little white craft and blended them onto the cardstock with sponge daubers. The white ink makes them go onto the cardstock like buttah and then they blend so beautifully. I cut a frame with my trimmer since the vellum map seemed like it needed a border. The motorcycle is all die cuts and helps me get in the Cherry Cobbler - on the seat.
Thank you so much for taking a peek. I hope you can play along with us!

You and that white craft ink, Chris! You make magic things happen when you use it! I will remember that trick for blending. This card is spectacular--the ink blending blows me away, love the map, too. And I love the red seat on the motorcycle!

well the colors might be out of your comfort zone but you created a great masculine card. I like the card design, your map and the motorcycle is amazing with that red seat.

I enjoyed your description of how you made it work with limited supplies. Amazing ink blending! Thanks for the tip about the white ink. The map is terrific. Love the sentiment. And wow, the die-cut motorcycle is awesome! Best to you with your move. Fantastic card!
