I've made it myself easy, using Lynn's Autumn Bouquet again: Autumn Bouquet by InkyPinkys at Splitcoaststampers
Lynn is our featured stamper and she has lots of inspiring cards in her gallery
I've glued red lace on the sides of the black and white papers, stamped the flowers, water colored and fussy cut them, popped on foam tape and stamped the sentiment, added just 3 red rhinestones to embellish, hope the recipient will like my tickle, I forgot the penguin maybe I'll make one inside the card

Gorgeous and what a versatile layout. I love this version in B&W with that great pop of red. Both your panels of dsp look great behind that lovely bouquet. Another fabulous CASE and another fabulous card.
