Recently I have focused my style to use up a large amount of scrap papers. It has really been fun looking for ways to use up some of the scraps.
For this card I dug out my yellows because yellow is a very happy color and I thought it would be perfect for this week's recipient. I created the herringbone technique on the base then finished with the Hello sentiment and a few scattered flowers.
I would love it if you would check out my Blog: Shoe Girls Cards.
Thank you for looking!

You chose right because this yellow card is sunny, bright and a sheer delight. You have an eye for combining patterns and colors on your scrap cards and this is yet another excellent example of that. Love the patterns and how they play off each other. Wonderful card and definitely a smile bringer.

this came out great. Yellow is supposed to me the most calming and happy color, my MIL had her kitchen in all yellow. I have used this technique to use up smaller scraps and always love the results. Perfect placement for that green circle piece.. it really adds to this card !
