Continuing to work through the Featured Stamper challenges for 2023 so far...this time it is Pam McKay's fabulous gallery! I chose this card as my inspiration:
I kept Pam's layout, teacup theme, and the black and gray pattern paper layers for the background. I used the SU Cup of tea stamps and dies and used the colors from this week's color challenge for the cut, leaves, and flowers.
I die cut a scallop-edge rectangle and glued it to the card base, then layered on a gray pattern paper from my scrap bin. I used the same scraps of cardstock as my previous card to make this card, in keeping with the color challenge.
I stamped the cup in black ink on turquoise blue cardstock, and the background leaves/stems in black ink on green cardstock. I die cut both and glued to a rectangle of black cardstock. I stamped multiple flowers and small leaves in fuschia and green inks and die cut them, then glued into the teacup flower arrangment. I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of white cardstock in fuschia ink and cut it out, then attached it and the focal image with foam tape. I cut several hearts from a scrap of pink cardstock and glued them around the sentiment.
Congratulations, Pam, hope it was a great week!
USEIT2023: pattern paper and most of the cardstock came from scrap bin; finally getting more use out of a set I just HAD to have last year!

Love the B/W/Gray bg colors and how it makes that sweet tea cup of flowers just pop off the page. Fun how you stamped the stems on green and the pink flowers onto white. Love the sprinkle of hearts too. And such a fancy black frame to show it all off. Great card.
