I was more of folk music sort of girl back in the 60's. I loved music that was topical for our time, like Peter Paul and Mary. But I do remember when several of my friends in school went to see The Beatles in Milwaukee. I had no interest whatsoever. Yes, I watched the Ed Sullivan Show but I usually did.
But I've come to appreciate their contributions more and more as time has gone on. And, believe it or not, I purchased this unmounted stamp very early in my stamping life. No memory of who made it but it was a company that specialized in photographic stamps. I dug through my scraps of dp and found this old purple one with stars, probably had it as long as i've had the stamp. Mounted it on a gel print i had and printed a quote from Let It Be. I used today's sketch. Thanks for the challenges!

Wow! Great stamp! I thought it was a gelli plate print at first. I am a huge Beatle fan, but in the 60's I was playing folk music on my guitar with my friends, Peter, Paul & Mary, Joan Baez...

I’m right there with you, was more interested in folk music in the 60’s than the Beatles although I acknowledged their youthful talent. And what a great stamp and so perfect for this challenge - nice work on the background, too. Cool card!!
