I love to create little scenes in tins. They are also great gifts. I wanted to create an Easter scene, as the home for a little rabbit and filled with a garden of happy colors, flowers, carrots and eggs. This is the inside of the tin. The background paper was colored with Distress Ink and embossed to create the look of a blue spring sky. Smear Distress Inks on a non-stick craft sheet, mist with water and press papers into the ink. I made both green/yellow and orange paper and die cut the leaves and carrots from these.
The rabbit was colored with Distress Paint and the eggs were colored with alcohol ink. They were then coated with matte medium and rock candy glitter.
Mist the flowers with spray ink. Arrange the scene on the inside and front of the tin.
Thank you so much for looking!
Happy stamping!
