I made the background with acrylic paint and an old credit card, when it was dry enough I've laid the stencil over the bg and sponged the upper part with white pigment and the the others with salty ocean (DOX), took out my black micron marker and drew some geometric shapes, doodled the frame and added the fussy cut faces, traced around with the black marker and colored the beak with the chameleon marker, the faces are from a penguin digi
some gold dots to finish

The background is amazing. The bottom half looks like a beautiful sea with morning light shining on it. The bubble effect is super, especially the penguin ones.
