Toni, thank you for hosting. I was greatly inspired by Ravengirl's card where she used a spiral edge design on her Plaid Trifecta card.
I love plaid, so I was happy that Toni challenged us to add it to our cards. I used the plaid builder dies to make a background and I also added a strip of plaid dsp on my center panel. I downloaded a clipart pig and sunflower image, computer generated the sentiment and punched a spiral design on the top edge of the panel. I sponged the edges of the panel and stamped some distress dots around the pig. After adhering the plaid dsp, I rounded the lower corners of the panel and popped this panel up over the background. I added a linen thread bow.

Oh, cool plaid die! That would be great, because it would allow you to move away from white which can be a problem with stencils or stamps. I agree, the spiral punch is a great one. Cute bright and cheerful pig!

That is one cute piggy image surrounded by all those fun sunflowers! Love the spiral edge and ha, it never even occurred to me to use these dies for the plaid challenge, but of course it totally works and looks awesome!
