Watercolor Challenge/Class - Snowy Landscape with Pine Boughs (Julia Lis Art Tutorial)
I watched the video quick, did a bunch of nothing for a few hours (actually, I made the best chicken salad I ever made per my family - I added minced broccoli, minced cooked egg whites, minced apples, and sweet pickle cubes - trying to be a little healthier these days), and then painted this. I ran out of black paint - urgh, and had to use a black gel pen. I wish I would have painted it with the example in front of me or right after I watched it, but I still think it came out cool and I love it.
Trying to come up with some more thank you cards since I have a ton to send out after a recent project at work and a brief hospital stay earlier this week. I am doing much better and feeling very grateful.

There is a lot to love about your card. That is the fence I wanted to create. Everything looks terrific. Hope all is well with you. Thanks for sharing this beautiful card. Fav'd

A beautiful card, Nancy. I love your fence, bird, shadows, and pine needles. I see an added tree, too....all wonderful. Hope you are doing well now. Your salad sounds great.
