For the Use It! Teapot Tuesday challenge, to use up some of the crafty stuff we've been holding onto, to make a card to send our recipient some cheer!
I need to use up paper! Actually, I never need to buy paper again...unless I live to be 120! The Technique Lover's Challenge last week had a video on different ways to use up all those paper scraps that we hang on to!
I also dug deep into my carefully curated collection of brads--I have enough brads in my stash to hold the space shuttle together, I think! :-) I have parted with some of them for this card.
I chose yellow scraps because it's a cheerful color, and I hope my card brings Heather some cheer. TFL!

this is awesome.. the color yellow represents happiness. my MIL had her entire kitchen in bright yellow and all accessories were some shade of yellow. She called it her Happy Color. This card is great, and those flowers came out beautifully. Love the brads on this card...

Yellow IS cheerful. Your flowers are lovely, and the floral design of the sentiment. I always liked fabric brads, just find them bulky for international mailing. Loved your analogy of having enough to hold the space shuttle together .

This is delightful. Love that wonderful sunny yellow and the sunny happy feel of this card. Great pairing of patterns from your scraps. And you pulled it all tother beautifully with those die cut flowers. This is sure to bring some cheer to Heather. Wonderful card.

Oh, Liz, this will surely brighten Heather's day and lift her spirits. Love all your mix of patterns and those cool looking large brads. I thought they were buttons at first. Love seeing this older set used as a flower!!
