I kept the hat and the angle and the party feel. I turned it into a Santa hat, I painted it instead of using dies, and I added lots of party dots plus a bit of snow.
Hubby has a birthday near Christmas so I thought this might work.....if not, it will be his Christmas card.

Another watercolored dazzler! And, I love how your mind works to change the inspiration card into a Santa hat. And such a festive one at that. All those fun dots should cover the birthday angle so I think he'll love it. Superb painting and design.
