Okay, I have over 30 die-cut trees leftover from making my Christmas cards... and there was no way I was going to throw away all of those trees. (The trees on my cards are green with white while these are the leftover parts -- white with green inset pieces). Sooooo, I am challenging myself to make as many winter (mostly non-Christmas) cards with these trees as possible. Winter is short here in GA, so I don't have a very big window for using these, but I sure don't want to waste them.
Assemble 3 previously die-cut trees (white, Evening Evergreen) and hold together with double-sided tape.
Adhere distressed blue/kraft harlequin paper (Deja Views) to front of A2 card base. Tear top edge of black/gray snowflake paper (Hobby Lobby) and adhere to bottom of card front, slipping one die-cut tree behind it. Adhere other 2 die-cut trees to card front, trimming off excess.
Stamp snowman in black ink on white cardstock. Use computer to re-size (shrink) it to fit on card. Print resized snowman on white cardstock; color with colored pencils; fussy cut; adhere to card front with dimensional foam tape.
Cut sentiment strip from Hobby Lobby paper pack. Punch out frame from Deja Views paper pack. Adhere sentiment strip to frame. Adhere frame to card front around snowman. TFL!
