The teapotters are sending cards to Cassie, who is Pam's (bailmac) dear friend and in the hospital.
I diecut the main panel die and all the pieces did not pop out and I liked the look. Tried to do white embossing on the round black element piece but even using the embossing buddy the stray ep. was annoying (wouldn't brush off) so I heat embossed on a black piece of c.s. and punched out with an oval die. I used Sizzix adhesive sheets for the black outline on the poppies as I was getting glue where I did not want on my first try. Used dimensionals for the poppies after gluing the leaves down. I used Stickles in the centers and a bit on the outside black areas. I put a blob of it on my silicone mat and used a small paintbrush to brush it on.
Also for Ann's Alpha "V" vellum challenge. I got to work in some Poppies Elements for that.

This is so pretty. I, too, like the look where some of the pieces didn't pop out from your trellis. The poppies are stunning and this is a great black, red, white card.

Gorgeous and beautifully designed and includes all of Cassie's favorite colors! I feel sure she will be 'wowed' by these lovely poppies, the fantastic textures and the vellum! Shirl, I think the vellum diecuts take this right over the top!

Such a beautiful card, I love the added touch of the vellum flower and leaves. And so fun that you left in a few of the die-cut pieces in that panel, it really adds interest!
