This is for the F4A challenge as well as the CAS Mix Up challenge, which was to use gesso and a stencil. The wreath was done by applying a light touch of gesso to white cardstock, let it dry, then I applied vintage photo distress oxide ink over the panel and used a slightly damp paper towel to wipe the ink off of the wreath. I trimmed the panel down, used stickles for the berries and attached it to the white card base. The joy was cut from pure poppy and the shadow from white and the rest of the sentiment was embossed on red with detail white powder. Here's the link to the CAS Mix Up challenge if you're interested in trying the technique.
