I saw a couple of other folks use a cover die with a strongly diagonal/crisscross design for this weekâs sketch and I borrowed their approach as I wanted to try out a die I hadnât used yet. I started with a green cardbase and die cut the cover plate from white cardstock and glued to the card. I stamped the Joy circle or wreath in clear embossing ink on green cardstock and embossed with champagne gold embossing powder. I used Spellbinders circle layering dies to cut out the image and its center. I glued to a square of black cardstock and decided to rotate it from the sketch when I attached to the card with foam tape. I added clear gem stickers in the corners and stamped the Merry Christmas greeting from the same Inkadinkado stamp set on the inside of the card. Another for my Christmas stash!
USEIT2022: used some cardstock scraps, a new diemthat I hadnât used yet, and some very old stampsâ¦I bought them used in an Ebay lot at least ten years ago! I havenât used them in several years and thought it was a good time to bring them back.

Great looking die-cut BG panel; the white is striking against the green. Also striking is your black diamond panel with the gold embossed filigree design and the rhinestones corners. GREAT & STRIKING both fit your card perfectly!
