Thank you, Toni, for the BLOCKED theme for today. I knew exactly how I wanted to use the Color Blocking technique.
I had not intended to have a frame around my focal images but as so often happens I made an ink smudge with a finger and could not cover it up. It was right near the edge of the paper and neither a gem would work or even my white pen or chalk marker. So, now I have a framed card.

Oh my gosh, what a cute scene. I especially love that little fishy who looks like he's resting on the seaweed. The frame works perfectly, and no one would have guessed it was part of the plan.

I like the frame and I'm glad you could salvage the card since it is so cute. The fish peeking out from the coral/seaweed is perfection! Nice touch with the gems that look like bubbles.

I have been meaning to try this now I have DOX inks, I am thinking I might have more success than with the regular distress. Thanks for the inspiration. I like the framing. I hear you, so often even a white pen just isn't the right white.
