For my card I used cut strips of Painted Autumn DP and attached them to my large VV mat. I then cut my sunflower pieces and assembled before popping it up over the DP strips. Pretty easy peasy. TFL everyone.

Mary, this is such a cheerful card...what a glorious sunflower perched on top of those pretty and so compatible patterned strips. Love cards that allow us to use our paper scraps!

Wonderful card to bring happy thoughts of the upcoming Fall ... and a drop to cooler temps! It seems our usual plentiful sunflowers in N. Texas have all fried up like the grass in this year's drought & high heat.
