SC917 = the sketch had 2 diagonal lines which I chose to score rather than add separate pieces of paper. I realize they are faint. Diagonals are very strong design elements and I didn't want them to overpower my main image panel.

Sallie, your geraniums are beautifully painted and the vase, also. I do like your score lines done ever so slightly.

Gorgeous! I love these beautiful watercolored geraniums, Sallie, so beautifully executed. As for your score lines to make the sketch, I like them more subdued so as not to outshine your main focal panel!

Beautiful geraniums, love that you scored the bg.

Sallie, your water color paintings are always so inspiring. These geraniums are just beautiful. What a great idea to add the scored lines to the embossed background! I will have to remember that little trick. I think those subtle diagonal lines direct the eye right back to those beautiful flowers.

Sallie, your card is just so lovely! Your beautiful water-colored geraniums look perfect. I like the embossed and scored bg., too.
Coincidentally, yesterday my DH and I found what we believe to be a wild geranium growing in our backyard! At least we're hoping it is a geranium and not a weed - yuck.

Lovely watercolored geraniums, Sallie. The aqua paper alone was a good choice to go with them. Clever that you were able to use score lines to fit the sketch.
