This is for this week's Alphabet challenge letter H for heat set. I chose to try the faux copper patina tutorial and heat set my embossing powder (and also used my heat tool to dry the panel after ink smooshing the Vintage Photo ink too).
I intended to go a different way but then the look of the background made me think of coffee so out came this cute stamp set. I stamped the coffee cup and cute little face and then fussy cut it out. I die cut a wonky square from vellum to put behind the cup, though I cut it down to make it more narrow.
I wrapped this panel with gold thread and adhered it to a Soft Suede card base. The coffee cup is popped up with foam tape.
Inside it says "With enough coffee anything is possible."
Thanks for the challenges and thanks for looking!

Beautiful card. Your BG is divine. I love all the gold in the BG and the addition of the gold twine. Perfect cuppa. Happy day

Beautiful colours on the background. The coffee cup looks good on them. I like the slight grid effect I can see. I tried this after the Inkling and quite struggled with it.

INTERESTING CAPITALIZED! Cathering, I just LOVE your background! It turned out so unusual and captivates the eye! Love your little smiley coffee cup and the gold thread weave!
