This week's Featured Stamper is Bonnie (aka raduse). Browsing her Gallery is so entertaining as it is filled with fun images, puns, sarcasm and some great coloring. I needed a bday card for my sis, though, so I went with the florals -- two actually. First, I love the layout on this card with the foliage around one side and the sentiment stamped directly onto the cs: DTGD22UnderstandBlueB Always Thinking Of You by raduse at Splitcoaststampers. Secondly, I like the more whimsical, lighthearted flowers on this card: Heartfelt friendship by raduse at Splitcoaststampers. So I combined them to make mine. I kept her flowers, the general layout and her colors; but, I changed the stamps, added pink and changed the sentiment. And, instead of a one-layer card, my flowers are die cut and placed around the edge.
This card is pretty obvious but a couple things: I die cut the frame and stacked it with two additional layers of cs. I did cut off a couple flowers on one of the bouquets and then arranged the flowers around the edging. The middle bouquet is stacked with one additional layer of cs. The sentiment is computer generated using Verdana and Snowflake fonts.
Congratulations Bonnie on being this week's Featured Stamper. I so enjoyed browsing your Gallery and giggled through most of it. I know you will inspire some fun as well as beautiful cards this week. I hope you enjoy them all. And, I hope everyone is giggling along with me. TFL

Debbie,
This is special. I need the flower and the sentiment so I can send my Sister one similar! So sweet - touches my heart. Hugz

I like your version with the soft coloring of those pretty flowers!

Debbie, this is a stunning combined case of Bonnie's two cards. The grouping of the flowers are colored so beautifully and look so perfect against the white background. The soft purple ink for the sentiment allows it to show well but not overtake those beautiful flowers. This is one of my favorites of your cards.

Oh Debbie! This is so beautiful! I love how you combined both of my cards to make this masterpiece for your sister. She's going to love it. Thank you for joining in my featured stamper challenge this week.
