For this "In a Word" challenge, I started with the laser craft word "Hugs" and built on that. I die cut a stitched oval, ran it through a tufted 3D EF, sponged the edges with Sahara Sand and mounted the word on the oval. The background used this week's TLC technique: Camouflage Background Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I mounted the BG on Soft Suede cardstock and distressed with a fingernail. Added a strip of lace, some gold leaf stickers and a pearl to add to a vintage feel, a favorite for today's recipient, Kandie.

Very cool card with that big wooden HUGS front and center. Your camo bg came out great and adds so much texture and interest to this card. Love the touches of vintage with the lace and pearl. Wonderful card.
