I first created masks for the butterflies I wanted to use. I stamped the focal point butterfly onto my background first, so it would be in the front, then masked it off. I stamped the one on the far left, masked it, & then stamped the 2 smaller ones.
I die cut the area around the focal butterfly, and used my watercolors to paint that & the portions of the butterflies on either side. I die cut a mat from teal cardstock, using a slightly larger circle die, & glued the 2 circles together. I matted my background with grey cardstock that I'd adhered to a white card base. I glued down the focal circle, being careful to line up the butterflies, & stamped my greeting with Morning Mist ink.
