So, a while back I picked up an old huge huge porch scene stamp from Art Impressions and wouldn't you know it the hanging baskets look just like the sketch on the tutorial from this weeks watercolor on Wednesday Brenda has thrown down and I told my self, I had time to paint that whole scene but, first I'd do a trial one so I sketched this out and that was as far as I got. I think giving this a go in a notebook does take some of the fear out of coloring such a big scene sooner or later though. Want to lose some of that fear of painting? you can find the details here to play along with us. Thanks for this challenge Brenda & thanks for looking.

Your flowers are gorgeous in the hanging basket, Stacy, and I like the blue pole. For me, I thought the challenge is easier than it looks.

Beautiful variety of colors in your basket. and just such a lovely shape on both the basket and the pole. If I was you I'd be quite tempted to take this page out of the notebook and turn it into a card.
