MMTPT720 = Today's recipient is a daughter of a dear SCS member who is dealing with a major health problem.
I first streakily painted the bg with acrylics paints, when dry, stenciled embossing paste. When that was dry, I swiped the raised bubbles with a metallic gold ink pad. The fish was stamped on thinner watercolor paper, watercolored, cut out, embossed with clear EP, and glued to the bg.

I love this! The gold is a wonderful addition to these colors and that fishy character is so adorable. VERY cool to do this whimsical image in a traditional color!
